Quality Management

The exercise for week two will be an analysis and application of theory. Using the assigned reading, lesson, and the Internet, research different tools and processes used within the framework of continuous improvement. Compare and contrast at least two processes in relation to how they contribute to and manage quality improvement. Provide a hospitality related scenario and determine which process would be best suited for the conditions of the scenario. For the analysis of the scenario, the writing should provide, but not limited to, the following: description of the problem, influential or relevant conditions, and anticipated results.

The scenario will be related to restaurant scenario for food service concentration.

• APA formatting: Resources and citations are formatted according to APA style and formatting.
