 What actions should the interprofessional team take to advocate effectively for this client? who have no history of chronic illness, he felt in the ice and facture his left hip, he is now 3 days post total hip replacement .the team are having problem of him following his restriction and unfortunately he independently  lives alone and his daughter lives 50 miles away. the team is concern that the way he is eager to get back on his feet, he might not followed his restriction of hip replacement
