Address what our life and communities would be like without a government to make and enforce laws. In keeping with the first topic introduced in this course, we will look at immigration as an example of governmental control. In your assignment you should consider:
· How the basic laws of immigration in the US, or your country of choice, create a social contract for its citizens.
· List at least three items and discuss. One example might be “safety”.
· For each item describe the social contract implied or guaranteed to citizens by the establishment of immigration laws.
