- When will my order be assigned to the writer?
We start searching for a writer who suits your order best immediately after you place an order. As a rule, the writer will be assigned to work on your paper in one hour. Sometimes the search can take us several hours, and up to several days in exceptional cases. It can also happen that the writers from the category you’ve ordered are not available at the moment. In this case, we will propose you a writer from a lower category and will charge you back the fee billed earlier for the paid option of choosing a writer’s category.

- What does a complex assignment mean?
If your assignment requires special knowledge from a writer, we consider it to be complex. In this case, we will have to find a narrow-field specialist, whose service costs more than average, and this means we will have to charge you up to 20% of the initial price of your order. Papers on disciplines like finance, architecture, engineering, IT, chemistry, physics, and some others are considered complex, and you will have the corresponding note under the field with the discipline when you fill in the form. - Did you receive my payment?

If your paper needs some changes, you can apply for a free revision. For this, you should ask your writer to make a revision, stating the exact number of hours you can give for this task. - What if I’ve made a mistake in the order form?
You will be able to make amendments to your order on your personal page.

- Where do I upload files?
When you submit your first order, you get a personal account where you can track all your orders, their statuses, your payments, and discounts. Among other options, you will have a possibility to communicate with your writer via a special messenger. - How will I receive a completed paper?

- What if I forgot my password?
When you try to log in to your personal page, the system asks you to provide your email, as well as your password. If you forgot the latter, choose “forgot password” and insert your email with a new password in a pop-up window. You will immediately receive a reactivating email. Follow the link, enter your new password, and you will get to your personal page.
- Can I change the writer?
When you place an order, you have two options concerning the choice of a writer. If you have ordered from us before, and you liked the performance of a particular writer, choose the option “I want a specific writer,” and select a writer you want to assign to your order from the drop-down list.
If it’s your first order or you just want to try another writer, you can leave it to us, and we will assign you the writer who suits your discipline, academic level, and requirements. If you find the sample inappropriate, you can change the writer within 2 hours after the samples are sent to you. You can apply for another writer no more than three times per order.

- What if I’m not satisfied with my order?
If your paper needs some changes, you can apply for a free revision that is available for 7 days after your paper is approved. To use this option, you have a “Revision” button on your personal page.
After the 7-day period, you cannot apply for a free revision, though you still can use a paid revision option. - How do I request a refund?
You can’t apply for a refund on certain stages of your order, like when the order is not finished by the writer yet.
When the paper is delivered, the “Refund” button on your personal order page becomes clickable.
On the relevant tab of your personal order page, you will also be able to choose the type of refund you’re demanding and the reason why you applying for it. As soon as you do that, our dispute department will start working on your inquiry. All kinds of refunds concerning the quality or the lateness of your paper should be requested within 14 days from the time the paper was delivered, as in 14 days your paper, will be automatically approved.

- What should I do if my paper is late?
