 Select one of the case studies from Chapter 8.  Describe concepts from Chapters 1-7 that are present in the case study you selected.  Try to use concepts that you have not used in previous forum posts if possible.  From the crisis leader or crisis communicator perspective, what is done well or poorly?  You do not have to have something from each chapter (1-7) but provide a thorough overview.
