Part 1 In Week #5, we examine how priorities are established in the criminal justice system. “Content” and “needs” theories help explain the motivations behind this priority-setting. The motivation process is linked to content variables (needs, effort, and outcomes). We will see how what works for individuals translates to organizations. Explain three theories about the relationship between organizational culture and performance.
