Introduction
Acme International, LLC is a company that provides technological solutions for other companies.
We have 450 employees and serve as consultants for over 10,000 companies around the world, but primarily in North America.
We need to practice our recommendations while improving relationships within our internal employees.
This project is a proposal to achieve that goal.

Solution: Podcasts
Reason 1: Podcasts help us learn. We can use podcasts as professional development.
Reason 2: Podcasts spread the word. We can use podcasts as a low-cost marketing tool that highlights our strengths as a company.
Reason 3: Podcasts can bring departments together in the brainstorming, recording, editing, and consumption phases. This will help us improve inter-departmental collaboration.

1. Podcasts Help Us Learn
Podcasts allow people to learn while driving, running errands, or cooking
A 2018 study found that information from a podcast was retained more thoroughly than via lecture (Bruster et al 2014)
Podcasts are growing in popularity: 20 million people watch Sunday Night Football; 46 million people listen to a podcast weekly (Baer, 2018)

2. Podcasts Spread the Word
Anyone can start a podcast! All you need is an idea, a computer, and an internet connection
Podcasts and YouTube Channels are democratic – anyone can put an idea out there, and good ideas spread

Google Web Designer refers to an advanced web application, which allows users to design as well as create HTML5 advertisements. Also, in combination with other web content such as code interface and integrated visual this application can be used to create JavaScript, XML files and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) (Lekies et al., 2017). Google Web Designer can help the user to create content by use of drawing tools, 3D objects as well as text and allow the user to animate events and objects on a timeline. In addition, Google Web Designer provides a set of elements that allow the user to add videos, image galleries as well as other functionality to the advertisements and websites. Web development involves creating, expanding as well as customizing websites. Such can be achieved by the use of tools including programming frameworks and languages.

From the data set above, it is evident that global e-commerce marketing is growing. With more businesses shifting online, there is a need for more web developers. Most of these companies have turned to agencies to help them maintain as well as create their e-commerce websites. In addition, web developer career is expected to grow by 27% by 2024 (Xia et al., 2017). This data is important in any workplace for the management to plan on web development as they move online e-commerce. Also, it is important for a web developer to understand such data set to advance their learning as it is clear web developers earn more compared to their counterparts such as regular computer jobs. Web developer demand exceeds the supply by far. Most od companies are willing to pay a hefty amount for these services. Therefore, the data shows that a web developer career path is wide and keeps on expanding.
