Week #8 Yummy Cup

The mission statement and the values of an organization are what a Yummy Cup’s stands for. The mission statement outlines why a firm is in operation, while the values represent how a business operates (Craig, W. (2020). The mission statement and the values of a Yummy Cup’s play an integral role in pushing a company to greater heights. Through advertisements, marketing supports the mission statement and the values of a company. Yummy Cup’s attracts clients and customers by capturing their attention. The values of the company will be instrumental in attracting clients to the product that the company will provide. The mission statement is, “We produce sustainable and healthy drinks for customers who value their health and the environment. We promise that our business is green and sustainable on each stage of production”. On the other hand, the values of the company are “Provision of healthy energy drink” and “Minimum negative impact on the environment.”

I will use energy-efficient technology since I value the environment, thus have no or little negative impact on the environment. Therefore, I will not be part of the people destroying the environment.  Individuals in management positions will be hired based on their competency to ensure that the right individuals will get the job.  Concerning social responsibility, the business with involve itself in various CSR projects as well as engage with the public freely. My NAB will seek to offer healthy drinks, thus enhance the healthier lifestyle for individuals. The interaction between the business and the public will ensure that they understand how the company operates. For instance, the public will get enlightened on where the business obtains the natural resources.
