Dr. Griffith and Sandra they both work at Metro Renal it’s a reputable nephrology clinic in Urbana, IL headed by the Chief Medical officer of the group, Dr. Rosenberg who has established a strict policy in scheduling, seeing patients and no cancellations are allowed except for family emergencies. However, Dr. Griffith and Sandra canceled a schedule without telling Dr. Rosenberg. Tanya who is the scheduler for the Dr. Rosenberg overheard the conversation between Sandra and Dr. Griffith about the cancellation and told it to Dr. Rosenberg.
