Due to the chaotic nature of Week 1, it is not required to post before Wednesday midnight nor is it required to post on three different days. However, the rest of the rubric requirements still apply.

As stated in the rubric attached to each forum under “Full Description,”  one initial post of approximately 250 words and two peer responses of 150 words each (following the parameters of originality, content, relevance, advancement of forum, etc.) correspond  to a C grade.  

A fourth forum response that meets the above standards will earn an additional 12 points, bringing that week’s forum grade to a B. A fifth forum response that meets the above standards will earn an additional 12 points, bringing that  week’s forum grade to an A.

This forum submission serves as your official entry into the course. This Introduction Forum must be submitted the first week of the course, by 11:55 p.m., ET, on Sunday to maintain your registration in the course. Students who do not post to this forum by 11:55 p.m., ET, Sunday will be automatically dropped from the course.
