Task 1 (Minimum 300 words): 

 Discuss the ideas that are essential while designing an organization. 

– Minimum two references. 

TASK 2:

Write a reply to the two responses in the attached document ( Response 1 and Response 2) with 150 words for each.

The organization development will undergo many of the challenges and efforts. It also designs the company hierarchies and some of the concepts like makes the work to be special and each of element have to design as per goals of a company and objectives can gain the best benefits all over the world. While the organizations have implemented the strategies will undergo and plans make the results as per desired products or other clients who try to purchase them. Some of the benefits like at the time of plans are designed at an organization, the sacrifice of manager should have small benefits that will gain many organizations and sometimes it may not be possible for small organization or success it gains (Warren, 2014).

The Organization design is not an easy task for completing. Some of the strategies that need to be followed for analyzing the strengths and weaknesses. The designed implementations will have many company meetings for accountability. Strong organization developments can seem the difficulty of projects but not needed for consultant necessaries. The strategies have importance for preparing the plans over organizations, in-person the management for a business determines the success. It’s a plan to start and many of the situations of a business will develop the process and technologies in needs of a business. For such types of situations, most of the ideas can relate to a business and also approaches with a necessary thing that can be designed with an organization. The organizations mostly based on existing processes and allows the people for purchasing new products

The ideas to set up an organization differs from place to place and field to field. The main aim of setting up an organization will be to do business and earn profits. Before setting up an organization the board members should decide which field they have to launch an organization, the location of the organization, government permissions, products to be launched, competitors. The resources should be available, the labor cost should be low, union problem should not be there, transportation of raw material and the finished product should not be costly.  The manufacturing machinery should be procured well in time. The machinery should be of good quality, if not regular repairs will escalate the operational cost. Hiring effective employees play a major role in setting up an organization. The HR department should be very attentive in selecting the candidates. They should check their previous employment and the track record of the candidates. If not problems may arise in the future. Some people will give the contract to private organizations to complete the initial formalities. The first structure of the organization should be made. The decision-making should be effective. The organization should decide if it wants to be a private limited company or a public limited company. The vendors and dealers should be appointed. The managerial candidates should be allocated jobs. Each department should be well organized. The organizations should formulate certain rules like code of conduct, code of ethics, transparent policies, all the decisions should be informed to the employees. All the jobs should be completed as planned. After the manufacturing process complete the marketing begins. The management should design strategies for the marketing of the products. If the marketing is good the company will flourish.
