Reflect back on the Unit 3 Discussion Board assignment, and consider the policies you identified and researched. Policies are most effective when the audience they apply to are made aware of them. Employees should understand the purpose of the policy and how it applies to their job. Policies also need to be supported by executive leadership to be effective. One of the methods used to reinforce these strategies is to train employees on the policies that apply to them.

This week, you will research the importance of a cybersecurity training and awareness program for various user groups.

· Step 1: Identify key user groups, and outline training requirements applicable to each group.

· Step 2: Explain in 500-700 words to executive managers the importance of cybersecurity training and your specific strategy (that you identified in Step 1). The submission must include the following:

· An outline of a specific cybersecurity training and awareness program strategy that:

· Identifies and reviews various user groups (regular users, privileged users, human resources, and so on)

· Identifies and reviews training content appropriate to educate the workforce on proper cybersecurity

· Identifies and reviews other awareness methods to reinforce acceptable behaviors

· Identifies and reviews risks associated with not training employees on organizational cybersecurity
