According to the video lean has been applied in ensuring that the quality of the vehicles manufactured is high. It is through that whereby the company came up with mechanisms of ensuring that the members of the pubic are helped hence ensuring that their needs are satisfied. The non value added activities in the company were therefore analyzed and reduced for the purposes of ensuring that the customers are provided with quality cars (De Camargo, 2019).

Lean was again applied in ensuring that efficiency is brought in the manufacturing processes therefore making it easy for the company to attract a large number of the customers in the market. It is as a result of the efficiency experienced during the manufacturing process whereby the market share of the company is improved hence making it easy for the set goals and objectives to be achieved in the set time.

Moreover, the company has been able to apply lean manufacturing in ensuring that the improvement of the lead time is enhanced. This played important roles in ensuring that the rates of production are improved. However, the improved rates of production played significant roles in ensuring that the satisfaction of the customers in the market is enhanced therefore increasing the market share of the company. Different analysis tools are therefore used for the purposes of ensuring that quality vehicles are produced in the shortest time possible.

On the other hand, lean manufacturing has been applied in the management of available resources in the company. This has helped the company in ensuring that profits are made hence enabling it to provide different basic needs to the customers in the market. It is through the increased profits whereby the company has been able to contribute to the charity works in the country (Kanakaris, 2019).

The charity works carried out by the company have ensured that the customers in the market are encouraged to purchase the manufactured products by the company. On the other hand, the company has applied lean in ensuring that the satisfaction of the customers in the market is enhanced. However, this has played important roles in ensuring that a large number of the customers in the market is attracted to the company.

The other application of lean is ensuring that different defects are eliminated during the manufacturing processes. As a result, the company has been able to reduce the occurring losses hence ensuring that the set goals and objectives are achieved in the set time. The elimination of the defects in the company enables the company to operate without having to experience unnecessary obstacles which might make it hard for the set goals and objectives to be achieved (Kidd, 2020).

Lean has again been applied in the company in ensuring that the morale of the staff is improved. The improvement of the staff’s morale enables the company to operate smoothly hence ensuring that the rates of production are improved. The increased rates of production brought about by the satisfaction of the customers helps in ensuring that the shortage of the products in the market is reduced.

Lean has been applied in the video in ensuring that smooth operations are brought in the company. The smooth operations in the company reduce the cases of conflicts which might end up affecting the manner in which the rates of production are carried out. The provision of a smooth working environment to the employees encourages them to work towards achieving the goals and the objectives of the company.

It is therefore the role of the management of the company to apply lean in the expected manner for the purposes of ensuring that the needs of the customers in the market are addressed. The management of a company should again ensure that lean is applied in ensuring that the management of the human resources in the company is carried out in the best way possible.

There are different examples of the manner in which lean has impacted another company based on the recent news. An example of the how lean has impacted another company is during the operations of companies such as Apple Inc. Company. The company has been successful due to the effective application of lean in its operations.

For the last few years, the operations of the company have smooth hence making it easy for the set goals and objectives to be achieved. Lean has impacted the company in ensuring that the rates of production are increased. However, this has enabled the company to increase its market share therefore achieving its objectives in the set time (Mercer, 2019).

The other example of the manner in which lean has impacted another company is the application of lean manufacturing in Ford Company. The company has been able to improve the morale of the employees hence ensuring that they are encouraged to work towards ensuring that the set goals and objectives are achieved.

Different defects have been eliminated in the vehicles manufactured by the company therefore reducing the complaints from the customers. Moreover, the effective application of lean in companies such as Ford Company has played important roles in ensuring that flexibility and responsiveness to the complaints of the customers is carried out in the best way possible.

For the last few years, the sales of the company have been able to improve due to the effective application of lean. However, the management of different companies should be encouraged to apply lean as that would lead to the success of the company. This will be achieved through the improvement of the quality of the products made by the company within a given period of time.

On matters related to my future job, lean might affect jobs by ensuring that skilled employees are employed. It is through that whereby the company will be able to achieve the set goals and objectives in the set time. My future job will be affected by lean in a positive manner as that will ensure that the growth and the development of the company is experienced.

Lean will again impact my future jobs by ensuring that the company employs a large number of employees therefore ensuring that they work towards ensuring that the goals and the objectives of the company are achieved. This will therefore be achieved through the motivation of the employees which enable the put more efforts in ensuring that the company operates in the expected manner.

The effects brought by lean should therefore be considered by my future company for the purposes of ensuring that the company operates in the expected manner. However, different stakeholders in a company should ensure that lean is effectively utilized so as to ensure that the company does not incur unnecessary losses (Partner, 2019).
