After viewing the TED TALK by Sheryl Sandberg, provide your reflection essay addressing the following questions.

Do you agree with her viewpoints on there being too few women in leadership roles? Why or why not?

Do you think that her being a woman has made it easier or more difficult to be a leader in the business world? Why? Think about the field – technology – Sheryl was the first woman CEO at Yahoo and now she is a Vice President at Facebook- and the lack of women representation in those fields…
