            Four strategies of Porter’s are based on the awareness of gaining a competitive advantage in the business. The competitive structure can rely on considering the structure of the business. There are some strategies given to make the Quebecor printing business profitable (Pulaj, Kume, & Amali Cipi, 2015).

The competitive advantage in any business can be taken by either providing great values to customers or lowering the cost of products. The strategy is related to lowering the cost of the product; in other words, it involves the suppliers with lower-cost products in the business. The strategy is related to large scale business and helpful in making their business more profitable. The business needs to establish cooperation between all the areas only then the business can lower its cost (Allen, Helms, Takeda, & White, 2007).

Cost Focus

It involves the business which focuses on the lower-cost in one or a small number of market areas. It is related to emphasizing cost minimization within a focused market. The cost of any product is reduced for a different market to make the business profitable.

Differentiation Leadership

The strategy is related to establishing a differentiation in the products so that the buyers can attract the products. Differentiation Focus
