Based on your reading of “Teaching Smart People to Learn” and in-class discussions briefly summarize the theory and write a few paragraphs about how you can apply the theory in the workplace, or/and your professional/personal/academic life.

Think about the best and the worst “boss” you’ve worked for or with. How did their behavior or management style impact your work and the workplace environment?

What “management” behaviors do you have that positively and negatively affect your ability to manager others and yourself? Create a list of both your positive and negative qualities and describe the impact these behaviors have on your ability to work effectively with others.
