. The higher qualifications are significant because they ena

professionals to serve in administrative positions in healthcare organizations or become educators. Therefore, BSN allows individuals to advance and secure better positions with more lucrative remunerations. The availability of job opportunities is also a response given by the group. BSN nurses can be employed in public and private healthcare organizations. Therefore, the possibility of qualified BSN nurses failing to secure employment is minimal, making the career lucrative (Houser, 2016). The earning potential and loss of a previous work opportunity are other reasons individuals decide to join BSN. The career has numerous options and increases the chances of their succeeding in life.

In conclusion, the descriptive statistic explored in the survey is why different people in the group joined BSN. Although they give diverse reasons specific to their situation, the bottom line is that they indicate that nursing is an excellent career worth pursuing.
