There are many factors that give rise to corruption and make a pavement for its growth, like Bad laws may yield more corruption in an attempt to by-pass failed governments (Anderson 2015). As corruption affects every spear of society, it has a devastating impact on the overall development of the country (eg: Bangladesh); corruption impedes development as it slows down the speed of the economic activity through its long-lasting effect in the process of development (ahmed, habibullah 2017). The money that is expected to be used for the development of the society is illegally and immorally used for an individuals or groups personal benefit which is termed as black money, resulting in derogatory growth of the country.
