Please identify and interview 2 Christian ministry leaders who are currently mentoring one or more people through intentional mentoring relationships.  While it is okay to interview someone who is mentoring you, you will likely learn more by interviewing people who are mentoring someone other than yourself.

Part 1: due by the end of Module/Week 2.  (Confirmations)

Submit the name, email address, and time/place confirmation for each interview. It would be good to give these individuals the following questions to think about in preparation for your interview. 

•             Who initiated the mentoring relationship—the Mentor or the Mentee?

•             When and where do you meet?

•             How is the time spent? (Format, accountability, confidentiality, evaluation, closure)

•             What is the most difficult aspect of the relationship?

•             What is the most significant result of the relationship?
