Socialism and Laissez faire
Capitalism goes hand in hand with socialism and both depicts economic as well as political systems and also schools of economic thought.
However the major difference between the two depends on government interventions in an economy (Momoh, 2020).
Capitalism economic idea often depends on the free market situations for wealth formation.
On the other hand “socialist economic model” indicates that goods production and dispersal of services which can be partially or entirely controlled by the state.

Capitalism goes hand in hand with socialism and both depicts economic as well as political systems and also schools of economic thought. However the major difference between the two lies in the scope of the government interventions within an economy.
The capitalist economic model often relies on the free market conditions for wealth creation. This means that the production of services as well as goods is based on the demand and supply of the general market thus referred as the “economy market.
On the other hand socialist economic model indicates that the production of goods and services which can be partially or fully regulated by the government thus getting the nickname central planning and the economic structure created becomes planned economy (Momoh, 2020).

Conclusion
Progress in the various indicators discussed above can lead to development economically for ant country.
For instance good governance leads to inclusivity where all individuals can contribute and this helps in ensuring that even the individuals at the grassroots contribute to economic growth.
Furthermore when the governance is favor it allows more and more individuals to get into business ventures and also attracts investors which would lead to increased GPD and thus improved economic growth of such a country.
