OSHA categorically states that in any workplace, there must be immediate first Aid treatment for any injured workers or employees. This can be done either by training one of the staff in First Aid or by ensuring there is easy access to medical facilities within the work place. This ensures quick response in critical minutes between the injury and availability of care (Michaud, P. A 2017).
OSHA however does not provide training. It provides mere guidelines o be followed with regards to training of first aid and CPR. In numerous guidelines OSHA ensures that workplaces are sufficiently equipped with skilled ad qualified personnel to enhance safety in the workplace.

This marking can reduce cases of employees using ladders that could otherwise be detrimental on their health and life.

Cases of staff falling while working especially due to slippery floors have made most employees to be bedridden for weeks thus costing the productivity of the company.
Unsecured cargo have also fallen on employees or just merely fallen thus destroying their quality state

For those in metal combustion unit, they claim that coming into contact with heat emissions has proven a menace with some stating that their faces and hands occasionally get burnt as they try to get the work done

By properly insulating matreials with non conducting materials, employers can protect the life of their employees and enhance the quality of work done by them.
Having nothing to fear while working could motivate employees to be more productive in their work as well as boosting their morale

Through conducting inspections, one can have a clear view of whether the training was successful or the employees just ignored the training. By periodically reviewing health records in the company, one can be informed about the number of people injured in the workplace and adequate measures can be put in place to counter the hazards.
