Global Decision Support Systems

The present study reflects the areas of organizational intelligence, competitive intelligence and business intelligence in the decision making the process of the organization. The concept of organizational intelligence concludes the capacity of an organization to understand different kind of knowledge, which is relevant to various types of business purpose. There are several requirements for the groups (Calmet and Schneider, 2012). Based on the objectives of the organization there are several elements in the management. The intellectual capacity of the entire organization to determine different needs of the management defined as the concept of organizational intelligence.

The concept of business intelligence is an enhanced category of computer software, which enables different companies based on the objectives of the enterprise to gain insight into critical operations through reporting applications and different analysis tool (Fazlollahtabar, Aghasi and Forte, 2012). There are several organizational goals and activities. The goals of the organization are prepared based on the requirements of the organizations. Decision making process is the business of setting goals, gathering information and assessing alternative occupations. The impact of the decision making process is ideal for the development process of the enterprise plans and operations (Calmet and Schneider, 2012).

The present study will highlight interviewing two Board of Directors of Middleby Corp in the area of information technology and human resource concerning knowledge transformation and global decision support systems. The objective of the study is to focus on three central questions. The benefits and buy-in of global decision support systems, which include universal studios, are the first questions (Marle and Gidel, 2012). The process of deciding how global DSS can be implemented within the organization. The final question of the study is how ethics puts the impact in the process of deploying global DSS. All these issues are highlighted in the present study. There are several patterns in the implementations of the Global Data Support System. On the other hand, there are several criteria for the implementation of the global data support system (Fazlollahtabar, Aghasi and Forte, 2012). In order to implement a proper DSS Ethical principle, the organization ensures a harmless process. The second manager concluded that the application of the Data Support System must provide in the removal of evil and harms in the organization.

The present study will focus on the application of the decision support system in the organization. The concept of the decision support system is an application of a computer-based information system that supports business. Decision making process is one of the major events in the company operations. The first questions in the study will focus on different kinds of benefits and buy in of global decision support system, which include universal studios. The concept of buy-in indicates the purchase of shares by a broker after the share, failed to deliver similar kinds of shares. These particular questions were structure based on the interviewing two members of the organizations (Gregory, 2012). The application of the global data support system fits well in the organizational planning methods. The use of the global data support system fits well in the corporate planning purposes. The present study will focus on the utilization of the decision support system in the organization (Calmet and Schneider, 2012).

Literature Review

According to, to the first member of the group there are several benefits to the society. The concept of global decision support system emphasizes the flexibility of the organization Middleby Corp and adaptability of the organization in the decision making the approach of the users. On the other hand, the second member of the group concludes about the decision support system in a different manner (Kersner and Wright, 2012). There are also certain risks in the implementation process of the Data Support System.  The objective of the Data Support System attempts to combine the use of different kinds of business model and techniques with traditional data access and functions.

The second questions of the study will reflect about the application Data Support System in the organization. There are several legislative goals and objectives of the organizations. The manager, depending upon the nature of the business, determines the purposes and objectives of the organization (Kersner and Wright, 2012). There are several patterns in the implementations of the Global Data Support System. On the other hand, there are several criteria for the implementation of the global data support system. The concept of the decision support system is an application of a computer-based information system that supports business as well as organizational decision-making activities (Kim, 2012). The second questions of the study will reflect about the application Data Support System in the organization (Calmet and Schneider, 2012). It helps in the improvement of the way decision makers thinks about some particular problem. The use of the global data support system fits well in the organizational planning methods. Certain alternatives and choices can be implemented in the organization towards the development process data support system in the body (Marle and Gidel, 2012). The second member of the team also added to the success of the Data Support System. On the other hand, decision quality is the only factor, which determines the task performance of the organization (Zlatanova, 2013). The second member of the group concluded that the application of the Data Support System is expected to use for a significant period. 

The third questions in the study conclude about the ethical consideration of the application of the Decision Support System. The ethical considerations of the decision support system are an important area in the implementation process in the organization like Middleby Corp. However, the proper review of the implementation of the DSS ethics is very less (Liu et al. 2012). There are four ethical considerations in the DSS system. The two members of the organization described the ethical considerations in the interrogation process. The first member of the group added there should be no evil or harm in the application of the Data Support System. The use of the data support system must be done without any evil or harm in the organization.

Benefits and buy-in of global decision support systems

The application of the DSS system must be implemented by keeping in mind the requirements of the organization. On the other hand, the prevention of evil and harm is another important ethical principle for DSS. In order to implement a proper DSS Ethical principle, the organization ensures a harmless process (Marle and Gidel, 2012). The second manager concluded that the application of the Data Support System must provide in the removal of evil and harms in the organization (Gregory, 2012). The second manager of Middleby Corp also added that the use of deploying global DSS must be organized keeping in mind the requirements of the organizations and ethical consideration. Some of the following Act is developed for the good review of the DSS (Xu, 2013). The act needs to be international, implying competence on the part of the decision-maker to make a different decision. The objective of this particular action is to enhance the entire decision making process of the organization. On the other hand, the act had to be free of controlling influences.

Implementation Process

The implementation process of the Data Support System must be done by keeping in mind the requirements of the organizations and its objectives.

The application of the information system puts a huge effect in the decision making process of the organization. The decision making process in the organization can be implemented in a better manner.

Conclusion

The concluding part of the study will contrast the benefits and applications of the DSS system. The assignment is divided into several parts. The literature review of the study elaborates the implementation of the DSS system in the organization. The study concludes about three questions, which is developed in the study. The objective of the study is to diversify the impact of the DSS globally. The benefits the global decision system are highlighted in the first part in the first questions, the process of deciding how global DSS bring positive impact in the organization. The question elaborates the ethical consideration of the implementation process of the global DSS in the microenterprise.

The impact of the Data Support System plays a vital role in the operations of the business. The application of the data support system must be done without any evil or harm in the organization. The application of the DSS system must be implemented by keeping in mind the requirements of the organization. The use of the global data support system fits well in the organizational planning methods. The implementation of the world support system also provides with the political approach to decision making within the organization. Two members of the organization are interrogated in the study.
